(1) According to rule 31, within fifteen days of the completion of the industry registration, the licensee shall enter into an agreement with the authority regarding the establishment and operation of the industry in accordance with section 11 of the Act.
(2) In addition to the matters mentioned in Section 11 of the Act, the following matters should also be disclosed in the agreement made according to sub-rule (1):-
(a) Name and address of the industry,
(b) investment plan (Investment Plan),
(c) Concessions and facilities to be obtained by the licensee to operate the industry,
(d) Duration and renewal of permit,
(e) Insurance of Industry,
(f) Fees and payment procedures to be submitted to the authority,
(g) The condition of breach of contract and cancellation of the contract,
(h) Conditions and criteria to be followed while establishing, operating and managing the industry (i) If non-Nepali workers or employees are kept in the industry, action plan to replace non-Nepali workers by making Nepali citizens skilled,
(j) Relocation of industries outside the Special Economic Zone,
(k) Other essential subjects.
